Cho is overpowered during encounters and not great at finding clues or running away.
I have play a few rounds with him and he is unstoppable in a fight.
The downside in a group is he kind of steals the show when facing encounters. If the other members of your group like to battle aspect of Arkham, and you are playing Cho you may annoy them. However, if you playing in a group and getting knocked out: adding Cho will help.
