    Solid wood dice, no splinters or chips missing. The set I got has some nice figure, possibly zebrawood. Numbers are painted clearly and without a mess.

    Box came in a little dented but the dice safe so the box did its job. The legends are engraved and have additional paint on them in a fantasy-esque font. I did a test roll of all the dice at the same time and my luck is not looking up!

    This is a review of the Colorful Striped pattern wooden dice. The good: These things are beautiful! The metal tin is well padded and the dice sit very securely in their places. The dice are light and the wood is smooth making them feel nice in your hand. The bad: The dice don’t roll as well as my resin and metal dice. I love how these dice look. The stripes in the wood look great and the colors are vivid. They are smooth and have a nice feel when in my hand. When I roll them, however, the don’t roll as well as resin and metal dice. I believe that it is because of their lighter weight. They are perfectly usable, but take a little getting used to. The dice are definitely a statement piece and I think they would make a nice gift. I actually have a large glass centerpiece on my table that is filled with dice and I plan on displaying these right at the top! At $36.99 (the price at the time of this review), I think they are reasonably priced as well.

They are well-made, the numbers are all cleanly painted, edges are all sharp, and more importantly, they roll very well. The sound of wood dice rolling has my entire and party wanting a set.
