Package had obviously been opened an repackaged before being sent to me. They all work except for the 4 sided dice. Charged it for hours. Nothing. Alas.

I was initially impressed when the product arrived two days earlier than expected. However, my excitement quickly faded when I realized the D8 die does not light up as advertised. I followed all instructions provided, but the issue persists. I attempted to contact customer support through the link included in the box, but I haven’t received a response. The live support feature also seems non-functional, which is very frustrating. That said, the dice are lightweight and roll well, so they do function as standard dice—but I purchased this set specifically for the lighting feature, which is now a major disappointment. Until quality control and customer service are improved, I would hesitate to recommend this product.
