I love Fate Reforged and at $27 I feel like a fat pack is the best bang for your buck. You get 9 booster packs, a spin down die land station and 2 cheap deck boxes. I enjoy the Fate Reforged storyline as well as the actual cards that are part of that story line.
I have a hard time understanding those aged Magic players who don’t find the value in a fat pack. I mean I guess if I had more money I would just buy a booster box, but I have anxiety and a really hard time dropping $100+ on anything..

A good product at a fair price. I got everything I was expecting. Honestly, I was surprised at how high-quality the box is. I can’t speak for the more experienced player and collectors, but speaking as a new player, this was a great buy.

As with any Fat Pack, you never really know what cards you’ll get. I like Fat Packs for the information booklets and the card boxes. The booklet in the Fate Reforged pack explains how the dragons became part of the story, and has some incredible artwork and a full checklist of each card in the set with images of each card. My only complaint is that the deck boxes are a too small for a sleeved deck of 60. They fit an unsleeved deck with a sideboard and some tokens just fine.
As for cards, I found some good rares and plenty of excellent commons. My big grab in this pack was a pair of Windswept Heaths, which nearly equal the value of the Fat Pack altogether. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase.

Reviews for fat packs aren’t really needed. You get exactly what you pay for. 9 boosters a special countdown die, and some storage boxes. Great way to jump into a block, or to play catch up if you’re trying to collect cards. Timely delivery and everything came in great condition.

I thought I was just getting a cool box, but there were a ton of cool looking trading cards in here! I needed the box to hold my crayons, but when I opened it up there are all sorts of cool designs and shiny cards. Some were really shiny! I thumb tacked the shiniest ones and the ones with the cool shiny orange symbols to my bedroom wall. They look super cool!

I bought this for my husband for father’s day and he said it was Christmas in a box!! This contains 9 booster packs. It is a great gift for anyone who plays Magic the Gathering. He got one card in this box that retails for about $40 online. Made the box totally worth it.

The fat pack is the same as other recent products, which the difference being the underlying set. 9 booster packs, two deck boxes, a large single row box and player’s guide. My box contents won’t match your’s, as they are all different, but yes I did get a fetch land and a mythic rare. (I suspect most reviewers will put too much focus on their specific cards) You should not count on getting a fetch in every box, I was lucky I’m sure. My feedback for Wizards/Hasbro is, why are the deck boxes included so small? The cards are expensive and sometimes valuable, so most people sleeve them, and thus an box that holds 60 unsleeved cards just isn’t very helpful. They are better than nothing but I’d rather have one large deck box instead of two small boxes. I enjoy the checklist an visuals of all the cards in the set within the player’s guides. I don’t think there will be a Fate Reforged Holiday Gift Box so I recommend a fat pack to anyone who doesn’t want to invest in a whole booster box.
