1. Shining Fates Tin! Verified Buyer – 24 March 2024

   Great pulls first and foremost from a beginner collector and this being my first tin! The tin itself was apparently one at random (which I only discovered after I received mine) I thought I was ordering just the Eldegoss Tin but I received the Cramorant. I think you should state (One at Random) in the title and include more pictures to make it more clear! Secondly the packs were very much weighted but it didn’t mean anything to me because I got good cards as seen above from all 6 packs! (I got Reshiram twice so I didn’t bother putting it here twice) So great overall just be aware they are random and they will potentially be weighted if that matters to anyone! 😀

   I was skeptical reading some of the reviews of some people claiming the packs were resealed but I’m fortunate enough right now where I can spend $80 for a good bit of nostalgia so I pulled the trigger. Maybe I’m super lucky but this is all just from opening 5 of the 10 included packs. 2 regular holos, a V card, an amazing rare and a shiny secret rare.

   We received a product that was very clearly tampered with (open and resealed tin). This made me instantly suspicious about the packs so I inspected them very closely and noticed a small slit on the back of ALL of them. I have heard of some people that cut a hole on Pokémon packs to see the QR card inside to to tell whether the pack has a rare or not (rare packs have a different QR card to counteract weighting). It’s definitely impossible to tell with the naked eye, but I’m sure under the right lighting and with the right tools you would be able to gather what QR card it is (just pin point the position where colors vary between the 2 cards, I.e. green/dark vs. white). Thats just a theory that’s clearly not possible on these QR cards and I’m no expert in tampering, just stating what some people go to lengths to do and the fact that the tin was resealed raises lots of suspicion. To add to it, the seller falsely advertises that 6 packs come in this tin when it’s only 5. And the cherry on top is that out of 5 packs we got 3-non holo rares (two were the same trainer), 1 regular holo, and 1 V. I’ll let you judge before buying.

   Advertising for three tins. But only got 1. Tins should be 20 odd pound not 55 if you only get 1. Robbed of the money. Very overpriced

   I’m disgusted I bough this for my grandsons 8th birthday today.( What a dissapointment)..the item was partly sealed in a regular plastic bag, the tin not in its original vacuume factory seal, dirty and scratched, the card packs all open&missing cards in each pack .Packs had 8 cards each not 10 or 11 like they are suppose to have. I’ve been had!
   ZERO STARS!!!!! but they force to to atlease choose 1 star

   This seller is legit, initially I thought that the re-doing of the plastic around the case meant that this item was resealed, but I got great pulls with this and the packs were not tampered with, would buy Pokémon packs for them again!

    I recommend you read this review before buying the product, while it does show 3 pictures of the tins it’s clearly not going to give you all 3 for cheap, also Pokémon has changed the wrapping that goes on tins so it’s not a fake product, finally it says 6 packs but clearly there’s 5 and I wouldn’t recommend the product for beginners because of the lack of info on the product where as with modern collectors you would know some of the info already.

    Got two tins as soon as they came back into stock. GOT THE ONES SOLD BY kidzgeek.com NOT ANOTHER SELLER. This is why I think some people in the reviews were saying they were scammed. Make sure you get the ones sold by kidzgeek.com. Overall happy. You get 6 packs in each which I think is pretty good for the money and compared to other pokemon card tins. I managed to pull a secret rare, amazing rare card, along with a few shinies and a full art trainer card. Very happy with my purchase.
