   My family is notorious for always saying that there’s no time for playing games. Come in 5-Minute Marvel! This game is easy to learn and fast to play! It took my family a little less than 5 minutes to learn the game and less than 5 minutes to play a round. Afterward, everyone wanted to play another game! The characters each have their own ability. Although, some clearly seem better than the rest. The roster of playable characters, bad guys, and crisis cards make it so that each play-through won’t be the same. My family also connected with the game with the popularity of the MCU. We found ourselves role-playing and pretending we were the characters defeating the bad guys! Overall, fun experience, and I definitely recommend it.

   Those familiar with 5 minute dungeon and marvel characters will have a blast playing this game.
   Unlike other board games where your friends are your opponents, this game pits you against a timer and a hoard or marvel villains.
   It is so fun to work as a team, with a sense of accompliment and teamwork after each round.
   There is high replayability as there are 10 heroes to choose from. Each group of friends will play differently and that’s what makes it enjoyable, time and time again.
   Great for short 5 minute bursts (with set up each round maybe 7-10) or even fight all 6 bosses in one night and go for an hour or two! It is so much fun.
   

3. 5 Minute Marvel Great When Don’t Have a Lot of Time to Play Verified Buyer – 11 February 2025

   5 Minute Marvel is a fast paced, cooperative card game with a simple premise and truly quick play. Players select a character and take that character’s deck, then using the character’s special cards and a common resource pool, defeat obstacle cards on the table by working together to play the correct symbol combinations. There are no turns or waiting, so it’s very much a speed/war type game, except the goal is to beat the game rather than each other. It has been an absolute hit for my 7 and 9 year olds since it arrived a few days ago. Bigger bonus is that Dad and I also love it! The gameplay is fun, quick, tight, intuitive and everyone feels that they are contributing. If I have any complaints it’s simply that the game is pretty easy. It has 6 Bosses included with escalating difficulty, but we have yet to lose and have always had more than 1 minute remaining, even after adding cards to a medium level (still need to try advanced, but considering how much time we’ve had left I’m not concerned). Regardless it’s fun and exciting to win, so I guess what is the harm? Everyone is having a great time, and it only takes 5 minutes (plus another 5 to sort all the cards afterward!) Highly recommended as a family game. Too easy for more advanced gamers. I wouldn’t likely play this with my other adult gamer friends, but I anticipate playing it a LOT with my kids.

   We had the product and we’re happy about it but we had no Ironman card but Hulk card twice which left us a little bit disappointed, cause Iron man is a favorite

   El juego juego es corto aunque técnicamente no es de 5 minutos, sino que cada jefe debe de derrotarse en menos de 5 minutos, por lo que siendo 6 jefes, el juego podrá tomarse entre 30 y 40 minutos.
   Las cartas son de buena calidad y el inserto incluye separadores para las cartas especiales de cada personaje, por lo que es sencillo organizar todo.
   La dinámica del juego es muy rápida ya que al tener sólo 5 minutos y no haber turnos, en ocasiones los jugadores pueden adelantarse mucho al inicio y quedarse sin cartas más al final de la ronda, lo cual hace que sea necesaria una buena y rápida coordinación.

   The box says 8+, but my 6 yo boys figured it after a few games. The game is very easy to learn, and the Marvel theme and artwork is great. Being able to pick different super heroes is fun and helps vary the game. As a bonus, the box insert is great for keeping things organized. It’s 5 minutes to play, but add an additional few minutes to setup and cleanup.

   My only complaint is that it is a bit easy. 3 players (1 adult and 2 kids) we’ve already defeated Loki after a couple tries. But you can ramp up the difficulty by adding additional door cards and crisis cards:
   Novice: +1 door card and +1 crisis card per player
   Expert: +2 door cards and +2 crisis cards per player

   A fun game that really works well. Quick and frantic as you all throw down resources to defeat the enemy cards, all whilst the clock runs down.
   Was an interesting selection of marvel heroes. Not sure how popular squirrel girl really is.
   But if there ever is an expansion, I’ll be sure to pick that up too!
