   Man I really wanted to love these. Cool packaging and marketing. Big fan of the brand but definitely more sizzle than steak here. I expected better quality for the price point. They’re really really lightweight and made of a resin/acrylic. Extremely nice looking but the points are EXTREMELY SHARP! Trying to push them out of the packing I definitely pricked my finger a couple times especially on the D4. The ones I ordered also had some QC defects. Almost
   felt like they were not polished when they came out if the mold, several of the edges had like scratches and smutz on them. The D20 had some random white blotch on the 19 side and the D12 was kinda weird around the numbers. From my understanding they do most of their stuff by hand so I’m surprised items like that made it off the line. Feel like I could have gotten nicer dice from Chessex for half the sale price of these.

   My son is joining the D&D group at school and wanted some new stuff, including this set. It appears well made. Have ordered things from this company and he’s always been pleased with performance on items. He says he will ‘report back,’ after using.

   Like other reviews say the ink is pooled in one side of the dice. You can feel that it’s heavier on that side. Regardless of how it looks it’s not balanced so they can’t possibly roll random. They look fine but I don’t wants unbalanced loaded dice. They’re also not flat on all sides. Some sides are somewhat bulbous.. very disappointing in these.

   Very pretty for the price but I have noticed the molds used seem to be very, very similar to other brands I have purchased recently. Kerwellsi seems to be almost identical and Dispel used the exact same font and sharpness but they were slightly bigger. There is also a small balance issue where the red side seems to appear more face up than other sides. This was most noticeable on the D10, D%, and D20. Recommend this for display, less so for use.

   These are so cool! At first I was surprised at how small the case is, so that is why I took a picture with it next to a gum drop. But the case itself is so convincingly retro and fun. The dice are packed pretty snugly into the foam holder, but they were really easy to pop back into place. And they are very pretty! If you are a dice enthusiast like me–for display as well as use–and you like a splash of cosmic color and ’80s nostalgia, this dice set would be a great addition to your collection.
