A good friend of mine is a hardcore playing card collector and while I’m nowhere near as avid in the hobby, I do enjoy both cards and cats so these were an insta-snag for me and I’m pleased with them.
The card stock is thick enough to wear and handle well without being too thick to shuffle and hold easily. The artwork is vivid and printed very well and the texturing allows for easy dealing and ‘soft drops’. Whatever coating that’s used is a little more lightweight than a lot of the ‘enthusiast’ playing cards on the market, which is a GOOD thing because it makes them feel a bit more old-school and less plasticky than most.

This is a lovely set of cards. Every single one is a different cat breed! The artwork is lovely and the cats look so regal and cute. I appreciate the inclusion of blank cards too. The cards are made of nice stiff plastic coated paper but not so stiff that you can’t easily shuffle them. If you are looking to get a regular deck of cards and love cats, you can’t go wrong with these.

I ordered the “Cat+dog” combo pack of these fabulous, very high quality playing cards. Each includes a pretty card box visually indicating which deck is inside, and the lid to each box is very easy to swipe open with my delicate fingers, creating no risk of tearing or otherwise damaging the box. Inside, the cards are absolutely stunning and charming. The art is marvelous, crisp, and adorable, with each cat and dog being decked out like true royalty. I mean, look at all those fancy necklaces. A huge range of breeds are depicted with the breed name listed at the bottom. Numbers and suits are still shown clearly in the corners, so these decks are still completely functional. All expected cards are present, including 2 jokers per deck and 2 blank cards per deck. These slick cards have the perfect texture and thickness, making them easy to shuffle, deal, and manage during gameplay.
