Ordered new. Received product with loose, missing, and broken chips. Returned for a replacement, got another one with loose and missing chips. The chip packages have clearly been opened and that would be fine if they weren’t missing. The chips also are ugly– like they have weird molding markings on them or something. Also would have been fine if the product came complete 1 of the 2 times.
